Seasons: Autumn
Whispers, dry, of dreary leaves Labels: seasons
Dazzling colours, of scarlet golden
A quiet crunch
A knowing smile
As the avian symphony begins.
Etudes, rushed, in our twisted tango
Unquestioned enigmas about our persons
You hold out your hand
And reach for that brilliant sunset
In the heat, and frigidity, intertwined
Like lips, hot and unpredictable
On the bitter oceans of passion.
In life, and in death
Listen to the silent call
And feel the earth
In the embrace of autumn
As the stars cry
And the rain sings.
